If you’ve seen the Meryl Streep movie ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ then you’ll probably recall the line spoken by Miranda Priestly ‘Florals? In spring…groundbreaking.’ Wearing floral prints in spring is not the newest idea in the book, but you can avoid being a walking cliche by incorporating them into your outfit with your accessories instead! And while here in Australia we have well and truly progressed into winter you can live your own personal spring with beautiful prints that will keep you feeling sunny all day long.
If you’re going to wear a loud print on your handbag make sure you avoid wearing prints in your outfit, keep it simple and allow your bag to be the talking piece of your look. If you’re not really keen to go all out try something a bit toned down a floral scarf can easily work florals into your outfit and get bonus points for being incredibly practical in winter.
